These is our returns & refund policy. Please read it with care.
KEW Electrical understands that you may want to send goods back to us for no reason other than changing your mind. This is acceptable as long as the goods are in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Our customers (i.e. individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business) have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of goods; whichever is longer.
For goods that are faulty or damaged we will provide a full refund once the goods have been returned and inspected, goods that are not faulty will not be subject to a full refund, goods must be returned within 28 days.
The cost of returning non faulty goods shall be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.
Collection of faulty items can be arranged by our courier, in both instances, please send an email to online@kewelectrical.co.uk and we will provide a returns authorization number.
Please include the document/invoice number on any correspondence and a brief description of the reason for return.
