Full time Internal Sales Vacancy at KEW Tunbridge Wells
We are looking for a confident, results-driven Internal Salesperson to join the team at our Tunbridge Wells Profit Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in telephone sales, ideally within the electrical wholesale industry.
The right candidate will be commercially aware, well-organised, and self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on customer service. You will be a skilled negotiator with excellent communication skills and solid product knowledge. A positive outlook and a can-do attitude are essential.
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
(Some flexibility may be required outside of core hours to meet business needs.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking progress through to completion.
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and in person, building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Proactively develop existing accounts using effective sales methods and tailored propositions to drive growth and customer loyalty.
- Support the branch in local promotions and contribute to marketing and sales initiatives.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback, reports, and insights to assist management with planning and decision-making.
- Carry out any additional tasks as required to support the smooth running of the branch.
